I'm part of a much larger group that regularly attends Pizza Italia each month as part of an extracurricular hobby that brings all of us to Northern Arkansas. Each month, when we're leaving Northern Arkansas and returning to our homes in Central Arkansas, or Southern Arkansas, or Texas, or Oklahoma, etc., it's part of our tradition to stop by Pizza Italia on the way out of town and enjoy the food.
Great place! The staff is super friendly, the food is really good, and the prices are more than fair. There hasn't been a single time that I've gone to Pizza Italia and left unhappy.
It is always very hectic because there are often hundreds of us there, but Pizza Italia's staff has always greeted us with a smile. The last time we went, they had pictures of us in the middle of our hobby decorating the front counter, which is a small gesture but a very meaningful one. Our Director recently informed us that the owner of Pizza Italia sends her messages wishing us luck and safe travels every month before we make the journey--- another meaningful gesture.
Six stars out of five. Hands down. :)
I LOVE this place! I can personally attest to the cleanliness in the front and back areas of this restaurant as I worked there for quite some time! The food is homemade and delicious. So many different types of pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and dessert pizzas to choose from. The salad bar is prepped fresh daily and the taste of the fresh veggies reflects that! And the fresh fruit buffet on Sundays for lunch is great! The owners are always either there working or nearby, and are totally hospitable to their patrons as are the managers! I love the Carey family as well and Chase and Michaela! Highly recommend and a great family environment. Be sure to bring your quarters for the pac man, and other fun machines!
You just can't ask for better pizza, salad, subs, fries, wings...ect!!! Awesome service, lots of specialty items!!! Their cinnamon rolls are a MUST!!!!
I have never had any problem with the food, have never noticed anything horrendous or otherwise unsanitary about the facilities, and have always appreciated the staff's politeness and professionalism in the midst of such a large crowd---- a situation in which dealing with a large number of orders and easily distracted patrons has GOT to be stressful.

The food is consistent and the crusts are so good. The staff is friendly and helpful if you want something. The salad bar is always fresh and their house Italian dressing is mild but filled with flavor. The owner is right there hands on. Try the Arkansas Pizza. They are also very supportive of our community.
